Mentoring and community involvement are two major components of the Cannistraro corporate culture. Recently the Cannistraro Fire Protection team (along with others from Locals 12 and 550) helped to ensure the safety of the future tenants of Hyde Park homes. Cannistraro designed and furnished complete CPVC sprinkler system for a four-unit Habitat for Humanity residence. Installation of the fire protection systems served as an invaluable learning tool for the Local 550 sprinklerfitters’ apprenticeship program.
